This testing is not your normal stress, it’s a comprehensive assessment of your current fitness state, which will allow us to further customize your training program and efficiently get you to your maximum potential. This is also the same testing that was instrumental to the success of many Olympic team athletes, and past Tour de France winners. We highly encourage you go through this at the start of your training program.
